1. General Provisions

1.1 The website at https://epic-hurt.org/ allows the purchase of in-game services for Hurtworld, such as VIP status on the server.

1.2 The service is operated by Kacper Rymuza

1.3 Using the website means accepting these terms.

1.4 The regulations define the rules for using the service, including the terms of purchasing server shop services.

1.5 The original and binding terms are in Polish, other language versions are for assistance only.

2. Purchase of Services

2.1 Players can purchase VIP status, which is activated automatically after payment.

2.2 VIP service provides additional in-game benefits as described on the website.

2.3 Payments are processed through external payment systems.

3. User Rights and Responsibilities

3.1 Any person with a Steam account can be a user of the service.

3.2 Users are obliged to follow the rules of the Hurtworld game server and these terms of service.

3.3 In case of violation, the server owner reserves the right to remove the user from the server or revoke purchased privileges.

3.4 The service is not subject to age restrictions, but minors should obtain parental or guardian consent for paid services.

4. Costs and Payments

4.1 Using the website and the Hurtworld server is free.

4.2 Purchasing services (e.g., VIP) is optional and is done through the server shop.

4.3 Prices for services available in the shop are clearly listed on the website.

4.4 Once payment is made, the service is activated immediately, meaning the user forfeits the right to withdraw (in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, regarding digital content).

5. Complaints and Refunds

5.1 In case of issues with service activation, users have the right to submit complaints via email to: [email protected].

5.2 Complaints are handled within 14 days of submission.

5.3 Refunds are only possible if the service was not delivered due to server owners fault. In other cases, no refunds are provided as the service is delivered instantly.

6. Personal Data Protection

6.1 The personal data administrator is Kacper Rymuza.

6.2 Personal data is not processed, except for information obtained from Steam API during user login.

6.3 Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data.

6.4 No additional personal data (e.g., emails, phone numbers) is collected or used for marketing purposes.

7. Cookies

7.1 The website does not use cookies to track users or for marketing purposes.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 The website owner reserves the right to change the terms at any time. Users will be informed of any changes by email or via the website.
